Intern / Junior Recruitment Consultant – Wealth Management

About the role

A Swiss international recruiting company specialising in financial services and wealth management is expanding its team in Zurich and is looking for a motivated Intern / Junior Recruitment Consultant on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates for positions within the wealth management sector.
• Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Handle administrative duties such as maintaining candidate records and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with senior managers to understand staffing needs and report regularly on candidate progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English is required; German/Swiss German is a strong advantage.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish or French are a plus.
• Previous relevant experience in a fast-paced environment with client contact is a plus.
• Background in recruiting and/or banking is also a plus.
