Senior Technology Delivery Director

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Director to lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in Switzerland. Operating fully remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for cloud transformation and long-term technology planning.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, cloud-aligned strategies and delivery roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery activities across cloud architecture, migration, modernization, managed services and digital transformation programs.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and commercial teams to ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, account growth and multi-year technology initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud optimisation, operational efficiency, security governance and emerging technology trends.
• Manage delivery governance processes including escalations, risk management, stakeholder communication and performance reviews.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, KPI reporting, financial updates and strategic account presentations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service quality.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to security standards, vulnerability management, penetration testing and ISMS frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology accounts and delivering large-scale cloud or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding of cloud financial management, operational governance and modernization strategies.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in client-facing technology, consulting, account management or cloud delivery.
