Call Center Representative – Customer Support

About the role

Family Tree Private Care is seeking a Call Center Representative to serve as the front‑desk point of contact for clients, families and caregivers. You will handle inbound calls, greet visitors and provide information about our concierge‑level advisory services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and document each interaction according to established procedures.
• Resolve common inquiries (e.g., clock‑in/out, call‑outs, absences, shift lateness) without transferring whenever possible.
• Tri‑age calls and direct them to the appropriate team while setting realistic expectations for follow‑up.
• Maintain courteous, empathetic and professional communication to represent the company positively.
• Maintain electronic employee and client records using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail, independence and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 lb.
