Lead Setting Call Center Agent

About the role

Best Choice Roofing is looking for a Lead Setting Call Center Agent to manage inbound calls and proactively reach out to sales leads. You will create qualified sales opportunities by engaging homeowners, following a proven call script, and scheduling appointments for our in‑home sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to online leads, lead providers, and inbound lead forms.
• Use the provided script to build rapport, overcome objections, and set appointments.
• Follow SOPs and call cadence for each lead source.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring all details are accurately communicated to the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of calls, appointments, follow‑ups, and customer interactions in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Experience in a call center, sales, or appointment‑setting environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable multitasking between conversations, computer systems, and data entry.
• Driven, motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to succeed.
