Desktop Support Technician – Full‑Time in Rolle, Switzerland

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Rolle, Vaud. The role combines onsite assistance with remote troubleshooting to ensure a smooth end‑user experience across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and iOS issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system.
• Perform PC deployment, imaging, Autopilot provisioning, and software installations.
• Configure printers and handle miscellaneous IT service requests.
• Manage IT hardware and software assets in ServiceNow, including inventory, lifecycle, diagnostics, sanitation, and recycling.
• Coordinate PC fulfilment, installations, and return logistics.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and management to maintain operational consistency.

Required profile

• Swiss citizen or local candidate.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
• Proven experience in desktop support / end‑user computing.
