About the role
This internship supports transformation workstreams at Solenis, helping break down complex topics into structured work packages and delivering management‑ready outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Support one or more transformation workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
- Perform data‑driven analyses, prepare hypotheses, insights and decision‑ready materials.
- Collaborate with project leads, functional experts and country teams, preparing inputs for steering committees and management reviews.
- Create clear PowerPoint and Excel deliverables, develop playbooks, guidelines or SOPs, and ensure knowledge transfer at project milestones.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Economics, Data/Analytics or Information Systems.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with ability to work independently on defined problem statements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint skills.
