Front Office Agent

About the role

Join A-ROSA, a leading provider of experiential city trips on Europe’s most beautiful rivers. As a Front Office Agent you will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle passenger inquiries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage the reception as a high‑quality information point for all passengers.
• Support housekeeping, process billing for guests, the shipping company and onboard cash register.
• Prepare formalities for arrivals and departures of passengers and crew.
• Record, forward and process repair orders.
• Create handouts and letters to ensure smooth information flow for passengers and crew.
• Operate the fire alarm and emergency call centres.
• Settle accounts with service staff, make corrective bookings and perform daily closing.
• Monitor nighttime security through patrols and manage the reception cash register.

Required profile

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude, strong communication abilities and team spirit.
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fidelio and Micros/Simphony (desired).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
