About the role

Grace Hotels is seeking an ambitious Restaurant Supervisor to lead the food and beverage service at its newly reborn legendary hotel in St Moritz. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink service throughout our restaurants.
• Maintain overall restaurant appearance and lead the team with pride.
• Create memorable, personalized experiences for guests.
• Proactively resolve guest challenges independently.
• Take ownership of all operational processes and ensure timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent German with a strong, friendly demeanor.
• Team‑player who enjoys helping others and goes the extra mile.
• Strong interest in hospitality and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Guest‑first mindset and willingness to push comfort zones.
