Procurement Manager – HR Services

About the role

This position is based in Zurich and is designed for a high‑performing consultant who can drive procurement transformation across the HR and Human Capital landscape. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in HR, Legal and Finance, shaping sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for complex HR categories, with a primary focus on Managed Service Provider (MSP) models, recruitment and HRIS.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR business goals with innovative sourcing and commercial strategies.
• Execute the full sourcing lifecycle, including market benchmarking, RFx management and final supplier selection for global clients.
• Structure, negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts and develop sophisticated pricing models for service‑based categories.
• Drive strategic vendor performance and innovation through rigorous relationship‑governance frameworks.
• Provide commercial engineering expertise, including total cost of ownership modelling and contract optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a management‑consulting environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing HR services and deep knowledge of MSP models.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract drafting and pricing strategy.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence senior executives in a global matrix organisation.
• Full professional fluency in English and German.
