Head of Operations (Hybrid, Zürich)

About the role

Optiml is looking for a Head of Operations to lead the systems, culture, and processes that keep the company running smoothly and scaling efficiently. You will work closely with the CEO, co‑founders and department heads to translate vision into an operating rhythm that powers the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale a lean, high‑performance operations function covering HR, culture, administrative systems and organisational processes.
• Drive company‑wide alignment through OKRs, team budget cycles and transparent reporting structures.
• Establish scalable systems for performance management, compensation and internal governance.
• Strengthen cross‑departmental collaboration and ensure that people, processes and technology work in concert.
• Lead key company initiatives and reinforce a culture of ownership and performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience owning company‑wide operations in a fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Track record of implementing OKRs, budget cycles and performance‑management frameworks.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and translate vision into operational reality.
