Sales Specialist – T Desk (Swiss Repair Centre)

About the role

The T Desk Sales Specialist supports the growth of the Swiss Repair Centre by acting as the primary telephone contact for repair opportunities. Reporting to the T Desk Manager, the role focuses on outbound calling, follow‑up of quotations, and converting leads into orders. Strong phone discipline and native‑level French are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of elevator units and repair opportunities, following guidance from the T Desk Manager.
• Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to follow up on open quotations and targeted customer lists.
• Process inspection reports, create or support repair quotations, and drive systematic follow‑up until a decision is reached.
• Maintain accurate data in the Service Sales CRM, including customer details, opportunity status, and call notes.
• Coordinate with regional service departments and forward incoming orders to the responsible branch.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer engagement, telemarketing, inside sales, call‑center operations or lead generation.
• Completed commercial or business‑administration apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to contact customers repeatedly and professionally.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment and persisting until an order decision is made.
• Fluency in French; English proficiency is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Service Sales CRM (or similar CRM systems).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
