Senior International Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Senior International Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales activities for Six Senses Crans-Montana, aligning with the hotel’s commercial strategy and revenue goals. This role combines a strong focus on wellness, sustainability, and the Six Senses brand values to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive international business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sales plans that support revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across key markets and segments.
• Manage relationships with travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and other partners.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensure accurate CRM data, and follow up on leads.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, familiarisation trips, and attend trade shows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and client demand to spot opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and preferred partnerships in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare forecasts, account plans, business reports and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Groups & Events, and Operations to ensure seamless client delivery.
