Sourcing & Procurement Consultant (Zurich)

About the role

Deloitte’s Swiss sourcing and procurement team is looking for a consultant to lead client‑facing engagements that redesign procurement operating models, implement tools, and drive cost‑out programmes. You will work on complex transformation projects, support sales proposals, and collaborate with Deloitte member firms worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and optimise procurement operating models for clients.
• Implement procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer.
• Lead cost‑reduction and spend‑management programmes.
• Support sales activities, including proposal development and business development.
• Contribute to the global sourcing and procurement community within Deloitte.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consulting experience with a strong focus on sourcing and procurement.
• Proven knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship or risk management.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a solution‑driven mindset.
• Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German preferred, French a plus).

Required skills

• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer.
