Inbound Sales Intern (French/English)

About the role
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Intern to join our Zurich team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects who have already expressed interest in our services, providing friendly and timely support while qualifying their needs. This role offers a hands‑on introduction to sales development in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospects who have requested a follow‑up (no cold calling).
- Engage via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations.
- Qualify each request against defined criteria to ensure proper routing.
- Provide clear, helpful first insights about our products and services.
- Hand off qualified leads to Sales Advisors for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth lead progression.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a sales environment.
- Availability of 80‑100% (full‑time) for a six‑month internship.
Required skills
- CRM usage (updating and managing lead information).
