Senior Vice President, Business Development

About the role

Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic revenue growth across enterprise customers and partnership ecosystems. This senior leader will shape go‑to‑market initiatives, drive large‑scale expansion, and act as an executive sponsor for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Identify and secure strategic customer expansions, multi‑year agreements, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, including enterprise‑level contracts and strategic alliances.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop scalable growth models, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to track pipeline and revenue impact.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to reinforce Keyfactor’s market leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing business development team.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex, multi‑year deals.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage high‑performing teams.
