Technical Sourcer (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our international recruitment team on a fully remote basis, supporting talent acquisition for technology roles worldwide. The position is based in Switzerland and focuses on building strong pipelines for software development, data, product, HR, and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage high‑quality technology candidates using LinkedIn, advanced sourcing methods, and other recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Track candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular sourcing performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
