Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive our rapid growth by managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical and IT positions. Based in Switzerland and working fully remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source high-quality candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer presentation and onboarding.
• Proactively engage talent through job boards, professional networks, social platforms and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical background, communication skills and role fit.
• Coordinate the hiring workflow to ensure timely progression through each stage.
• Support onboarding logistics, including documentation, equipment and orientation scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably for technology or IT roles.
• Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, ATS solutions and professional networks.
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written and spoken English and professional interview skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities.
