Website Developer – Interactive E‑Learning Course (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Website Developer to transform a detailed e‑course script and storyboard into an engaging, interactive online course for children and teens with neurological disorders such as tics and Tourette’s. The project focuses on creating a gamified e‑learning experience that is both educational and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design a fully functional online course based on provided scripts and storyboards.
• Implement gamification features including branching scenarios, badges, and progress tracking.
• Integrate the course with Experiencify or comparable gamified e‑learning platforms.
• Ensure the course is accessible, user‑friendly, and visually appealing for young audiences.
• Collaborate remotely with a licensed counselor and mental‑health therapist to iterate on design and functionality.
• Test and troubleshoot the course across devices to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing interactive e‑learning or gamified online courses.
• Proficiency with Experiencify or similar gamification tools.
• Strong web development, UI/UX design, and responsive design skills for children and teens.
• Ability to translate detailed scripts and storyboards into engaging digital experiences.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for young users.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Experience with mental‑health, education, or child‑focused digital products is a plus.
