Account Manager (Associate) – Private Banking

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join the Private Banking division in Switzerland. The role supports Relationship Managers in serving External Asset Managers (EAM) and wealth management clients, ensuring a seamless client experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with day‑to‑day servicing of EAM and wealth management clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, KYC reviews and documentation updates together with internal stakeholders.
• Handle client enquiries, operational requests and account‑related matters.
• Work closely with Client Lifecycle Management, Operations, AFC, Risk and other partners to resolve requests and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, follow‑up actions and ongoing account administration.
• Identify, escalate and help resolve risks, issues and exceptions, contributing to a strong control environment.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in private banking, wealth management or financial services client servicing, account management or relationship support.
• Good understanding of client onboarding, KYC processes, account documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across front‑office and support functions.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a strong advantage.
