Account Manager – Customer Connect (Geneva)

About the role
We are building a talent pool for future opportunities within the LSEG Customer Connect Sales team in Geneva. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of buy‑side and sell‑side financial clients, focusing on revenue retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand revenue from an assigned book of financial customers.
- Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the German‑speaking market.
- Implement proactive retention and growth strategies, using digital channels such as calls, email and social media.
- Collaborate with internal account teams and other business units to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Provide accurate forecasts, monitor competitor activity and relay insights to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and precise information.
- Track customer interactions in internal systems to identify further opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the financial industry.
- Fluency in English and at least one Swiss language (German, French or Italian).
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive under pressure.
- Proven sales track record in a target‑driven environment.
- Graduate‑level education.
