Account Manager – Energy & Digital Twin Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead the post‑sale lifecycle for enterprise utility customers in Switzerland. You will help utilities adopt and expand cutting‑edge digital twin technology, turning complex AI and physics‑based model outputs into actionable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey from onboarding through implementation, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, embedding digital twin tools into grid analysis, risk assessment and investment planning.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain strong relationships with senior utility stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, deployment and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively drive adoption, satisfaction and net revenue retention.
• Provide market insights to internal teams to improve product fit and success outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years in account management, customer success, technical consulting or similar client‑facing roles.
• Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering SaaS or related technical industries.
• Fluent in Romanian and strong professional English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% for customer engagements.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑driven platforms, technical products or enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to translate technical outputs into clear business insights for both engineers and senior executives.
