Account Manager – Intermediaries (Geneva)

About the role

The Account Manager – Intermediaries supports Relationship Managers in delivering seamless client administration for Julius Baer’s wealth‑management business in Geneva. Working closely with internal and external partners, the role ensures accurate order placement, trade execution and high‑quality service for the bank’s intermediary client base.

Key responsibilities

• Process client instructions, orders, trades and payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain and update client records, preferences and documentation in the bank’s systems.
• Produce system‑based reports for Relationship Managers and respond to client inquiries via phone or written communication.
• Manage internal projects that affect client accounts, resolve administrative issues and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Collect and channel client feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and internal risk policies, acting as first‑line risk defence.
