Account Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Jabil is looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary interface between customers and our operations teams. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, flawless order execution, and long‑term partnership growth across our global manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Monitor demand forecasts, order status, inventory levels and key account metrics.
• Lead communications on schedules, deliveries, escalations and operational issues.
• Organise customer reviews, business meetings and performance discussions.
• Drive issue resolution, continuous‑improvement initiatives and support account growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account data and reporting in ERP and business systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in account management, customer service, supply chain or program management.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical device or industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; German is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
