About the role
Evooq is looking for an Account Manager to own the relationship with its software and data clients. You will act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of wealth‑management institutions, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Evooq platform and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long‑lasting client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the internal voice of clients, communicating needs and concerns across Evooq.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the Evooq product ecosystem.
- Develop account plans, manage contract negotiations, renewals, and oversee receivables.
- Guide clients on platform adoption, best practices, and new feature releases.
- Track usage, revenue, and satisfaction metrics; provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing B2B accounts in a SaaS or financial‑technology environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering high satisfaction.
