AI Academy Trainer – Enterprise AI Curriculum Developer

About the role

BlueCallom·AI is building an Enterprise AI Academy to help organisations design adaptive, intelligent workflows. As an AI Academy Trainer you will create and deliver cutting‑edge curricula that enable executives, managers and end‑users to collaborate effectively with AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete training programmes, including presentations, hands‑on labs, tests and certification materials.
• Organise and lead multi‑day training sessions for internal and external audiences on a monthly basis.
• Deliver customer‑specific workshops, adapting content to unique business processes and AI use‑cases.
• Participate in project meetings, gather requirements and feed insights back to the AI Agent Design teams.
• Collaborate with sales and market teams to stay informed about emerging needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer or instructional designer with a strong didactic background.
• Deep understanding of current AI models (LLMs, GPT‑01, GPT‑05, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, APIs) and their business impact.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based and SaaS solutions.
• Consulting mindset, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently or in a team.
