AI Education & Training Program Lead

About the role

As the AI Education & Training Program Lead you will own and scale ROSEN's AI Enablement Program for roughly 4,500 employees worldwide. The role focuses on building AI literacy, confidence and structures that turn AI potential into measurable business impact, while ensuring human accountability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end AI enablement strategy and ensure consistent delivery across all learning and certification tracks.
• Define learning standards, certification paths and scalable train‑the‑trainer approaches.
• Build, certify and support a global network of facilitators, trainers and AI Champions.
• Grow and moderate an AI Network platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice.
• Define and monitor success metrics that capture participation and business impact, aligning with legal, governance, security and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale learning or capability‑building programs across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong facilitation skills and hands‑on experience with train‑the‑trainer or multiplier models.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, align competing priorities and maintain momentum without formal authority.
