AI Strategy Consultant & Trainer

About the role

AI Bridge is looking for an AI Strategy Consultant & Trainer to help organisations across German‑speaking Switzerland develop practical AI competence. Based in Zürich, you will work with leadership teams to translate AI concepts into actionable strategies and deliver training that empowers managers and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI management and leadership trainings for executives, covering strategic implications, opportunities and risks.
• Lead AI strategy projects, including maturity assessments, use‑case ideation workshops, governance set‑up, strategy workshops and road‑map creation.
• Act as a bridge between business goals and technical possibilities, translating requirements into realistic AI opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, understand organisational context and shape engagements to deliver genuine AI value.
• Continuously update training and workshop materials, incorporating the latest AI developments and insights from client projects.
• Represent AI Bridge professionally as the face of the company for clients and occasional internal events.

Required profile

• Proven experience with AI, machine learning or data projects beyond basic GenAI tool usage.
• Ability to understand and communicate how AI works within an organisation.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, engineering, business).
• Strong consulting mindset with a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
