AI Strategy & Enablement Lead

About the role

This role sits at the core of enterprise-wide AI transformation in Switzerland, linking leadership vision with practical execution. You will identify high‑impact AI opportunities, drive adoption across functions, and build internal capability for sustainable AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement initiatives by identifying and scaling high‑value use cases across the organization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define AI priorities, align strategy, and promote AI‑powered ways of working.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI projects, acting as the bridge between leadership and execution teams.
• Design and deliver scalable AI literacy programs, including training, onboarding materials, prompt libraries, and reusable workflows.
• Drive adoption and optimization of existing AI tools to maximize technology investments.
• Maintain enterprise AI knowledge‑sharing systems and champion best practices.
• Monitor AI industry developments and recommend adoption, pilots, or de‑prioritization based on relevance.
• Measure and report AI impact using metrics such as productivity gains, time savings, and ROI.
• Ensure responsible AI usage in collaboration with security, compliance, and leadership.
• Support cross‑functional execution and sustain adoption through structured change management.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in AI enablement, transformation, strategy, operations, or high‑growth tech environments.
• Strong practical fluency with AI tools and ability to scale them across business functions.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing from individual contributors to executive leadership.
• Coaching mindset with experience building capability and enabling independent team work.
• Highly structured, analytical thinking with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to align stakeholders.
• Bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement in fast‑changing environments.
