Alliances & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Futurae is expanding its Alliances & Partnerships team to drive growth across its partner ecosystem. In this senior role you will shape and scale strategic partnerships within the Financial Services Technology space, directly influencing revenue and market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with the go‑to‑market strategy.
• Structure, negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Own partner onboarding, enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Design and execute scalable partner programs, including training and marketing initiatives.
• Track and report partner performance using defined KPIs such as pipeline, revenue and engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
• Facilitate close collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing).

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of partnership management or business development experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building, scaling and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong interest or domain expertise in IAM, cybersecurity or FinTech.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Demonstrated executive relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional experience.
