Alumni Services Manager

About the role

The Alumni Services Manager will be the primary liaison for the Glion Alumni Association, driving global alumni engagement through events, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role combines relationship building, content creation, and coordination of alumni‑focused activities across Glion’s campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for the Alumni Association, developing a global ambassador network and coordinating events, communications, and initiatives.
• Build and maintain personal relationships with influential alumni worldwide, targeting key individuals for long‑term engagement.
• Manage the Glion Alumni platform, including content planning, commissioning alumni stories, job feeds, and handling service requests.
• Support event organization, handling communications, marketing, ticket sales, and post‑event amplification across channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Networking Committee, field‑trip teams, and educational counsellors to connect alumni with university activities.
• Organize and host alumni visits, reunions, and recruitment‑day activities.
• Promote the alumni platform to final‑year bachelor and master students.
• Showcase alumni achievements through written, video, and audio formats on social media and the school website.
• Develop B2B relationships with alumni businesses to secure internships and employment opportunities for students and graduates.
• Maintain and report on employer partner data, job opportunities, and create a directory of alumni ventures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, hospitality business, communications, public relations or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in alumni relations, communications, event management, or a similar role.
