Analytics & Insights Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics & Insights Manager to join our corporate team in Baar, Switzerland. Reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights, you will lead data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding across our ultra‑luxury hospitality brand, turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily data ingestion, synchronization, and validation across internal (CRM, PMS, Finance) and external sources.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies, ensure data readiness, consistency, and governance.
• Validate dataset integrity, complying with enterprise data standards and privacy regulations.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses, develop predictive models for seasonality, demand forecasting, pricing performance, and customer engagement.
• Define and maintain standardized KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, channel mix) with global stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end development of Power BI dashboards for hotel performance across regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 6–8 years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
• Proven expertise in predictive modelling and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
