About the role
This part‑time hybrid position in Zurich supports the daily operations of a retail shop, combining on‑site customer interaction with remote administrative tasks. You will work closely with the store team to deliver a seamless shopping experience and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, transactions and complaint resolution.
- Manage inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
- Maintain clean, organized and attractive shop displays.
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving shop goals.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Results‑driven sales mindset with knowledge of effective retail selling practices.
- Experience in team coordination and collaborative work.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English; additional German or French is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools.
