Assistant Retail Manager / Retail Assistant (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position in Zurich supports the daily operations of a retail shop, combining on‑site customer interaction with remote administrative tasks. You will work closely with the store team to deliver a seamless shopping experience and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, transactions and complaint resolution.
• Manage inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized and attractive shop displays.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving shop goals.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Results‑driven sales mindset with knowledge of effective retail selling practices.
• Experience in team coordination and collaborative work.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English; additional German or French is a plus.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
