Team Leader Pick up-Curbside (Full Time)

About the role

Meijer is looking for a full‑time Team Leader to oversee the Pick‑up Curbside area. You will mentor and coach team members, ensure fast and friendly service, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily operations of the curbside and related departments.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and store appearance.
• Manage staffing, hiring, and succession planning for the area.
• Apply disciplinary actions and make recommendations for terminations when needed.
• Oversee P&L performance, achieve sales targets, and control shrink.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of retail experience, including at least one year in a management role.
• Experience rotating through store departments such as meat, bakery, produce, deli, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical data to make informed decisions.
