Assistant Store Manager (Full‑time) – Zurich

About the role

MCM is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Zurich boutique in delivering exceptional sales performance and customer experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and monitor monthly profitability.
• Train and inform associates on the current collection, brand pillars, and seasonal strategy.
• Lead the team in delivering superior customer service and after‑sales support to build loyalty.
• Prepare end‑of‑month performance reports, including competitor analysis and business trends.
• Process daily inbound and outbound merchandise requests and shipments.
• Support coaching and counseling sessions for associates, providing timely performance feedback.
• Allocate staff resources and create schedules that maximize sales while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand values and customer expectations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
