About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in shaping the store’s strategy, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position plays a key role in day‑to‑day operations, team leadership, and maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing store‑specific business strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, KPIs and market trends to inform action plans.
• Support merchandising implementation and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Coach, train and manage store staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Drive sales performance and profitability while monitoring expenses.
• Act as primary point of contact during Store Manager absences, ensuring seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably luxury.
• Strong people‑management capabilities and a proven track record in sales leadership.
• Fluent in French and English.
