About the role
As the first point of contact for clients, partners and colleagues at the Martigny branch, you will ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to a professional, reliable service experience. You will play a key role in maintaining high‑quality administrative support and accurate data management.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and act as the main contact for customers, business partners and staff.
- Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks, including correspondence and document preparation.
- Accurately enter work reports and expense notes.
- Maintain and update client data, ensuring data quality.
- Prepare, file and archive documents in an organized manner.
- Provide daily administrative support to branch teams.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent contacts.
- Excellent oral and written French and German.
- Strong service orientation, reliability and discretion.
- Ability to stay calm and prioritize during busy periods.
- Precise, structured and quality‑focused work method.
Required skills
- Proficiency in French and German (written and spoken)
