Associate Designer

About the role

Napapijri is seeking an Associate Designer to join its team in Stabio, Switzerland. Reporting to the Design Director, you will support the creation of apparel collections across multiple categories, contributing creative ideas, trend research, and sketches.

Key responsibilities

• Support design in the execution of seasonal concepts and briefs.
• Research lifestyle and outdoor trends to stay up‑to‑date on contemporary styles.
• Design new, trend‑driven products and evolve successful past items.
• Partner with designers to ensure brand consistency and develop seasonal colour strategies.
• Sketch new seasonal designs and produce high‑quality hand‑over (HO) files.
• Assist in creating collection overviews.

Required profile

• BA in Fashion Design.
• 1–3 years of experience as an apparel designer.
• Fluent English.
• Strong product development knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptive to change.

Required skills

• CAD design.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe InDesign.
• Artificial‑intelligence design tools (preferred).
