Associate Security Technology Engineer

About the role

The Associate Security Technology Engineer will support Richemont’s Group Operational Technology/Internet of Things (OT/IoT) security strategy by deploying, operating, and continuously improving OT/IoT security technologies across manufacturing and industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and implement OT/IoT security monitoring technologies in line with Group Security standards.
• Act as the operational Group OT security interface for manufacturing entities, selected Maisons, and Group Platforms & Technology.
• Translate security requirements into scalable technology solutions and ensure their reliability and availability.
• Operate and manage OT/IoT security technologies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to Group‑level security initiatives, projects, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal stakeholders.
• Support OT SOC development and assist CSIRT/FUSION Center during OT/IT incidents.
• Manage or contribute to security technology projects beyond OT/IoT scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT or OT/IOT security.
• Experience working in multinational, global environments.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Understanding of common OT/IoT protocols and standards.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud security concepts.
• Exposure to industrial manufacturing environments and production systems.
