Associate Solution and Delivery Lead, Healthcare & Pharma

About the role

The Associate Solution and Delivery Lead will act as a strategic, scientific and delivery leader within IQVIA's Real World Evidence (RWE) Solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, the role shapes client strategy, drives revenue growth and ensures high‑quality delivery of complex, multi‑offering RWE engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RWE solution strategy, sales and delivery oversight for multi‑disciplinary engagements.
• Drive revenue growth within key accounts by identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Build and sustain senior‑level client relationships to support pipeline development for priority assets.
• Ensure profitable, high‑quality delivery of projects, leveraging the IQVIA expert network across therapeutic areas.
• Develop customized proposals aligned to client evidence‑generation needs and act as the senior “green‑pen holder” for scientific and commercial viability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a scientific discipline such as life sciences, epidemiology, public health or biostatistics.
• Significant experience in Real World Evidence, evidence generation or healthcare consulting, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Medical Affairs, RWE, HEOR, Safety, Market Access and Commercial functions.
• Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities and shape evidence strategies.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of IQVIA’s RWE portfolio and methodologies.
• Ability to mobilize cross‑functional expert networks and lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
