Associative Intern – Humanitarian Association

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associative Intern to support the MSF Operational Center Geneva’s association team. The intern will help keep the MSF Switzerland Association members engaged and informed while contributing to the organization’s humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering associative events such as Field Associative Debates, the General Assembly and other Swiss‑based activities.
• Help produce, edit and translate associative communications – articles, newsletters, GA materials – in French and English.
• Provide logistical and administrative support including event set‑up, membership management, travel arrangements and hospitality for mission‑related participants.
• Support the Associative Team and Board in maintaining active member participation and governance processes.

Required profile

• Strong interest in humanitarian work and the MSF mission.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work in a multicultural environment.
