Assurance Business Partner - Lausanne (60%/80%)

About the role

EY is looking for a new Assurance Business Partner (ABP) to join its ABP team in Lausanne, starting on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible, with a workload of 60% to 80%. As part of the Assurance practice, you will support audit teams across Switzerland by handling the operational and administrative tasks that keep audit projects running smoothly, such as reviewing clients' financial statements and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with project leaders, audit teams and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Take ownership of audit project coordination and support leadership in delivering projects on time and efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for questions and tasks related to audit projects.
• Advise managers on administrative matters and help optimise internal processes.
• Monitor project progress through analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage project-related data, including budgeting and documentation, and handle general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship or currently studying; background is flexible.
• Initial experience in project or process management is a plus but not required.
• Enjoys staying organised and working independently.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and open to learning new tools.
