Back Office Assistant

About the role

ILG, a leading global company in licensed watches, jewellery and accessories, is seeking a Back Office Assistant for its headquarters in Möhlin. The role supports both the sales and purchasing teams, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data including item information, customer pricing and data sheets.
• Process international customer orders from acceptance to billing, including returns and export documentation (EUR1, certificates of origin).
• Track and ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage outgoing goods and create necessary invoices.
• Handle telephone service in English and German (French optional) and maintain supplier and customer contacts.

Required profile

• Independent, efficient handling of written and verbal customer inquiries.
• Previous back‑office experience in sales or purchasing, preferably in a retail environment.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or EU/EFTA citizenship.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
