Bilingual Sales Development Representative – German/English

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading UK‑based B2B lead generation agency. You will turn deep market intelligence into booked meetings with pre‑warmed prospects, driving growth for SaaS, FinTech and professional services founders across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high‑volume outreach strategy with at least 200 touchpoints per day.
• Maintain a balanced multi‑channel approach: minimum 50% phone cold‑calling, complemented by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Achieve and exceed a monthly target of 12 outbound meetings with qualified prospects.
• Identify and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates from contact to meeting.
• Collaborate with internal intelligence and creative teams to leverage pre‑warmed leads and tailored content.
• Manage pipeline and daily activity using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace and Slack.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling and cold emailing.
• Strong organisational skills and a results‑driven mindset.
