Boutique Assistant

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Boutique Assistant to join its Zurich boutique. The role supports Sales Advisors throughout the client journey, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience that reflects the Maison’s heritage of high jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present jewellery pieces, ensuring meticulous visual standards.
• Assist Sales Advisors with clienteling, appointments and follow‑up communications.
• Support the organization of High Jewellery events and the wrapping ceremony.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Provide a warm, personalized welcome to international and local clientele.

Required profile

• Adaptable, empathetic communicator with a refined presence.
• Passion for high jewellery and the Van Cleef & Arpels brand.
• Comfortable working in a luxury boutique environment with discerning clients.
• Fluent in Swiss German, German and English; additional language is a plus.
• Pre‑liminary experience in luxury hospitality or a high‑end retail setting.
