About the role

We are seeking a Brand and Content Specialist to join our fast‑evolving SaaS company in Switzerland. The role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, content strategy, and visual communication, helping shape the narrative around AI‑driven search and web visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact LinkedIn and social media content that builds brand awareness and thought leadership in AI visibility and SEO.
• Design and produce paid‑campaign creative assets for LinkedIn, Google and other channels in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
• Develop case studies and long‑form content that translate customer outcomes into compelling enterprise narratives.
• Maintain and evolve brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Coordinate external and internal SEO content contributors to ensure alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
• Use tools such as Figma and AI‑assisted content platforms to produce high‑quality creative assets at scale.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand, content, or marketing roles, preferably within B2B SaaS or technical products.
• Strong writing ability combined with confidence in visual design execution.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of execution, and deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English with a keen eye for clear, concise, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Attention to detail and consistency across tone, style, and visual identity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
