Brand Communications, PR & Thought Leadership Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic storyteller to lead brand communications, public relations, and thought‑leadership initiatives for a fast‑growing company in Switzerland. You will partner directly with founders and senior leaders to amplify executive voices and build lasting brand influence across the digital marketing and AI landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive communication strategies, including LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, and scripts.
• Manage executive content calendars to ensure consistent publishing cadence across multiple platforms.
• Identify emerging industry trends and create original, research‑backed thought‑leadership assets.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, editors, and industry influencers to secure earned‑media opportunities.
• Coordinate guest articles, podcast appearances, webinars, speaking engagements, award submissions, and media outreach.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to transform customer insights into impactful campaigns.
• Repurpose content across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline research, ideation, production, and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, executive communications, content marketing, or thought leadership.
• Proven ability to work directly with founders, executives, or subject‑matter experts to build personal brands.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive‑level content.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing dynamics.
• Experience using AI‑powered content creation tools.
