Brand Expert

About the role

As a Brand Expert you will be the face of Charlotte Tilbury within Sephora stores in Zurich, driving brand awareness and sales through hands‑on coaching and engaging retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store managers to set and achieve sales targets aligned with the brand vision.
• Deliver training sessions that deepen product knowledge and inspire staff to create memorable customer experiences.
• Organise mini‑events and in‑store activations that showcase the Charlotte Tilbury heritage.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with retail partners, both on‑site and remotely.
• Act as the primary liaison between Charlotte Tilbury and Sephora, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
