Brand Lead – Respiratory Products (Geneva)

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Lead to join our headquarters in Geneva and drive the brand strategy for our respiratory product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead cross‑functional projects, collaborate with external partners, and ensure the successful execution of brand plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and deliver impactful marketing and medico‑marketing tools while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Implement an omnichannel approach, integrating digital innovation into customer touchpoints and overseeing launch, visibility and training activities across affiliates and partners.
• Lead the annual communication and brand plan, delivering visibility through congresses, digital campaigns and key initiatives.
• Use insights, KPIs and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build strong partnerships with regional and affiliate teams to adapt global strategies locally.
• Support partner community growth through alignment, training and collaborative initiatives.
• Track the marketing budget accurately and manage processes and systems such as Veeva.
• Contribute to marketing excellence, innovation and a collaborative team spirit.

Required profile

• Business school or university degree with a pharma focus, or a scientific background combined with strong marketing training.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, managing prescription products, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical abilities, market insight, competitor tracking and the capacity to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and at least intermediate proficiency in French.
• Proactive, collaborative, solution‑oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership.
