Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator

About the role

The HOLY FASHION GROUP is looking for a Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator for its headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. In this versatile role you will design and optimise the group's sales processes, analyse workflows, identify improvements and work with the relevant departments to develop efficient, forward-looking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central contact between Customer Service, Sales and other departments such as Finance, Logistics and Procurement
• Gather process requirements, evaluate them and oversee their implementation
• Design, test and document new processes and further develop existing ones
• Prepare analyses and reports that support management decisions and drive continuous optimisation of data and processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field, or a very strong business-related apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience in business analysis, sales, operations or a related field
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a high standard of quality
• Interest in conceptual topics and in developing processes and workflows
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

Required skills

• Strong aptitude for numbers and data, with the ability to derive concrete recommendations from patterns
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with SAP S/4HANA and other reporting or BI tools is ideal
• Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders
