About the role
This position sits at the intersection of business growth and the fast‑evolving mobile gaming ecosystem. You will shape partnerships with game studios and publishers worldwide, driving market expansion and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, from prospecting and cold outreach to pitching, negotiations and contract signing with mobile game developers and publishers.
- Identify, qualify and secure new strategic partnerships to expand market presence in the mobile games ecosystem.
- Maintain and optimise a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and accurate conversion tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating value propositions, ROI and revenue growth opportunities to prospective partners.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align partner needs with internal roadmaps and capabilities.
- Represent the company at international industry events, conferences and trade fairs to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Required profile
- 3‑4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in mobile gaming, app technology or digital products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building qualified pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Experience in cold lead generation and engaging senior decision‑makers in technical or creative organisations.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including free‑to‑play models, SDKs, APIs and digital distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, comfortable in both one‑on‑one and public speaking settings.
- Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
